Al Yaffa, Occupied Palestine - Fighting “human animals.” Making Gaza a “slaughterhouse.” “Erasing the Gaza
Strip from the face of the earth.” This disturbing
narrative marked by rhetoric and actions has drawn global
condemnation. Israeli ministers, in their public statements, have used alarmingly aggressive language. These
statements are not only provocative but suggest a deeply troubling perspective towards the Palestinian
people.
From the outset, Israeli officials have articulated what appears to be a clear intention towards Gaza, one
that aligns disturbingly with genocidal rhetoric. The impact of these policies and actions is starkly
evident in Gaza, where over two million Palestinians endure conditions that many international observers
describe as dire. The suffering inflicted upon these people, who find themselves essentially trapped in the
region, is immense and has drawn widespread criticism.
This situation has not gone unnoticed on the international stage. In a significant move, South Africa had
presented these statements by Israeli officials at the U.N. World Court, leveraging them as evidence in
their case. The reaction from Israel has been varied, with some officials attempting to downplay the
severity of these comments, while others attribute them to the trauma inflicted by attacks from Hamas.
However, the question remains: does this context justify such extreme language and the actions that have
followed?
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has weighed in on this matter, finding plausible evidence that
Israel's actions in Gaza might constitute genocide. This finding led to the implementation of measures aimed
at preventing such a dire outcome. Despite these international legal efforts, reports suggest that Israel
has continued its aggressive tactics, including intensifying bombings that have affected civilian
populations.
Compounding this is the troubling involvement of the Israeli youth in propagating genocidal sentiments. A
song promoting genocide has notably topped the Israeli music charts for several weeks. This phenomenon
highlights a deeper societal issue: the infusion of hostility towards Arabs, particularly Palestinians,
within Israeli education [page opens in new tab].

Israel is shielded by an unprecedented level of impunity that they can engage in war crimes that, under different circumstances, would draw severe international responses. The support of the United States is particularly noteworthy, as it not only overlooks but also finances what can be characterized as a genocide.
Reported by CNN in occupied Al Qaids, now known as Jerusalem, once again the Israeli forces – immune to international law – committed a war crime. On January 30, 2024, Israeli special forces conducted an undercover operation at the Ibn Sina hospital in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin. This infiltration led to the death of three individuals, patients in the hospital, who were asleep at the time. Israeli forces justified these actions by labeling one of the deceased as a member of Hamas and the others as fighters from the Jenin Brigade. The operation's details involve forces disguised as nurses and civilians, including one pushing a wheelchair and another carrying a baby car seat.
"For months, all we've heard from Israel is that Hamas commits war crimes by disguising themselves as civilians & not wearing uniforms. And now, we see Israeli soldiers/assassins disguises as medics and other civilians making their way through a corridor" - Mehdi Hasan
The details of the operation are not only shocking but also raise serious questions about the adherence to
international laws and norms. Legal experts have expressed concerns that the hospital attack violated rules
governing conduct during war, including the prohibition of combatants posing as civilians. Additionally, given
that Israel may not technically be at war in the West Bank, the killings are considered extrajudicial
assassinations.
“There’s very strong reason to believe this does constitute a war crime and perhaps even a crime against
humanity,” said Heidi Matthews, an assistant professor at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto.
The three victims of this brutal incident were buried on the same day. Areej Ghazawi, the mother of two of the
victims, spoke out about the tragedy, saying, “They were in the hospital for months. My sons were supposed to be
in a safe place. If Israeli authorities had wanted to detain them, they could have arrested them. Why did they
shoot them in the head?”
One of the victims was a paralyzed child, cared for by Areej Ghazawi's elder son since being injured in October.
A video capturing the child's moments just days before the assassination adds a heartbreaking layer to the
narrative. The footage emphasizes the vulnerability of innocent lives and of the immunity Israelis have.
Medical Aid for Palestine (MAP)
, a UK-based charity, has stepped up with a critical emergency response to
address the severe health crises unfolding in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem. This
comes in the wake of escalating violence, Israel's relentless attacks, and the complete blockade of Gaza.
In a commendable effort, MAP has brought British medical professionals to the region, offering a lifeline to
civilians caught in what can only be described as a humanitarian catastrophe, a holocaust against the
Palestinians. Despite their clear communication to the UK Defense Forces on December 22, 2024, about their
presence in a building in Al-Matasi – which was then acknowledged by Israeli authorities and designated as a
protected site – the promise of safety was shattered. On January 16, an Israeli F-16 jet struck the building,
leading to injuries and loss of innocent lives.
As per reports from Haaretz, an Israeli newspaper, there are concerning accounts of Israeli military forces
burning Palestinian houses without valid reasons. Haaretz's findings suggest that IDF commanders are directing
soldiers to ignite vacant homes in Gaza without obtaining legal approval. This has resulted in the irreparable
destruction of several hundred houses in the past month alone. The soldiers execute this method by letting the
structure and its contents burn until it is rendered unusable. Haaretz has verified that burning homes has
become a common practice, with three officers engaged in Gaza operations acknowledging its prevalence. One
battalion commander even explicitly told troops to clear out houses and prepare them for incineration.
In a notable incident, departing soldiers left a note for their replacements, with the message, "We are not
burning the house so you can enjoy it, and when you leave – you'll know what to do." This note shared in a
photograph online, underscores the soldiers' acknowledgment of the destructive nature of their actions. The
burning of these buildings not only causes irreversible damage but also prevents former occupants from returning
to live in them. The burning of the houses means that the former tenants became homeless and must leave to find
a new place. Remember reader, a holocaust is happening and the ones who are the cause, are the Zionists.
Israel’s campaign of Nazism extends its vicious reach to the most defenseless among us: the children. Their
crimes against humanity spare no one, not even the innocent souls who have barely tasted the sweetness of life.
The war crimes of Israel don’t stop at men and women. Children are also victims of their horrific, despicable
crimes. There are a lot of war crimes committed against helpless children that we simply cannot write about all
of them. You would have stuff to read for months.
“I’m so scared, please come. Please call someone to come and take me,” this was the pleading of a six-year-old
girl, Hind to PRCS. Hind was trapped in the car as Israel had slaughtered her family. PRCS said that the phone
call lasted three hours to calm the frightened child.
"Children have been shot in other conflicts I have covered. But never before have I watched as soldiers enticed children like mice into a trap and murdered them for sport." - Chris Hedges
On January 29, 2024, her 15-year-old cousin Layan's desperate cries for help, were captured in a chilling
recording, desperately calling for help from emergency services. It was recorded by the PRCS and shared on
social media. Audio of gunshots heard during the call revealed that Hamadeh was killed while making the call.
“They are shooting at us. The tank is right next to me. We’re in the car, the tank is right next to us,” Layan
screams, amid intense gunfire in the background. But her cries fell on deaf ears, silenced forever by the
merciless hands of her oppressors.
Alone and terrified, Hind was trapped in the car with the bodies of her relatives around her. The Red Crescent
team called back, and it was Hind who answered, “Come take me. Will you come and take me? I’m so scared, please
come!” Hind can be heard saying this in a recording of the call to responders, released by the PRCS. The
non-profit organization Red Crescent sent a team of volunteers. They communicated the coordination with Nazi-IOF
prior. Soon after the Red Crescent lost all contact with its team and the child.
The non-profit in a statement two weeks after said the bodies of the child, and two of its paramedics, Youssef
Zeino and Ahmed Al-Madhoon, who went out on a mission to rescue the little girl on Jan. 29 had been found. Hind
have been used as bait and rescue workers as prey for their sick-making game.
The discovery of Hind's lifeless body, alongside the brave souls who dared to come to her aid, serves as a grim
testament to the lengths Israel will go to in its quest to extinguish the flame of Palestinian resistance. In
their eyes, our children are nothing more than expendable casualties in their ruthless campaign of occupation
and oppression.
But let us be clear: Hind and countless others like her are not mere statistics in a bloody conflict. They are
the innocent victims of Israel's crimes against humanity, their lives cruelly cut short by a regime hell-bent on
erasing their very existence.
As we mourn the loss of yet another precious soul, let us reaffirm our commitment to justice and solidarity with
the Palestinian people. For as long as Israel continues to murder our children with impunity, we will never
waver in our fight for freedom and dignity.
Since the beginning of the genocide in Gaza in October 2023, there has been growing concern regarding the
conduct of Israeli soldiers who have been sharing videos on social media platforms. These videos, without a
doubt, depict acts that can only be described as war crimes against Palestinians.
In one of these deeply disturbing videos, an Israeli soldier, wearing
a dinosaur costume
, can be seen loading artillery shells into a tank and dancing gleefully as those shells are fired toward Gaza.
In another video, a soldier dedicates
an explosion
to his two-year-old daughter for her birthday, only for a Palestinian residential building to be tragically
destroyed seconds later. These horrifying clips also show Israeli soldiers setting Palestinian
food supplies on fire
during a campaign that led to starvation, as well as
mocking, stripping, rounding up
, and blindfolding Palestinian civilians.
The shock and outrage these videos have generated on social media, both among Palestinians and their allies, are
entirely justified. Many are now calling for these videos to serve as crucial evidence in the case against the
Israeli government for genocide, to be presented before the International Court of Justice in The Hague and the
war crimes of the Israeli soldiers were used as evidence. This recent aggression against Gaza has resulted in
one of the most extensive visual documentation of genocide in history, where genocidal intent is unequivocally
expressed by both soldiers and political leaders.
"You promise not to let Russia's war crimes in Ukraine go unpunished, but you don't utter a single word about Israel's war crimes in Gaza. Why are you granting a license to kill to Netanyahu?" - Marc Botenga (Belgian MEP)
Think about the hard times Palestinians have faced for over 75 years, long before we could see their struggles on our phones. They have lived through a lot of unfairness and have been treated badly, with the world looking the other way. If you were in their place, it would be really tough to feel any kindness towards those who have made them suffer. We feel sad for all the innocent people who have lost their lives, but we can also see why Hamas decided to act suddenly on October 7th.
"Are we out of our minds condemning the resistance of the people who are being killed and oppressed, subjected to genocide for 75 years?" - Miko Peled
On the 7th of October, Hamas soldiers initiated an unexpected assault against Israeli forces, penetrating the Palestinian territories controlled by Israel through multiple routes including air, land, and sea. This attack, despite its surprise nature, was actually known to Israeli authorities well in advance. More than a year prior, Israeli officials had already acquired detailed information about Hamas's planned offensive, as evidenced by various documents, emails, and interviews. However, the Israeli military and intelligence circles underestimated the feasibility of this plan, deeming it too ambitious and complex for Hamas to successfully execute. (Source: New York Times)
"If you are still supporting Israel after four months of atrocities (not the 75 years included), then you are just a shitty human being." - Caitlin Johnstone
In the wake of the events of October 7th, amidst the Hamas-led attacks, the President of the United States
persists in echoing discredited narratives. On October 11th, President Joe Biden addressed a gathering of Jewish
community leaders in the Indian Treaty Room of the Executive Office Building in Washington, D.C. "I've been in
politics for a long time," Biden remarked. "But never did I imagine seeing and verifying images of terrorists
harming innocent children." It was a distressing assertion, one that lacked veracity.
Contrary to Biden's claims, there was no evidence to support such allegations. Despite advice from his advisors
to refrain from disseminating unverified information regarding alleged beheadings by Hamas, Biden chose to
amplify the unsubstantiated reports, thus lending undue credence to the narrative.
Even the Nazi-Israeli Occupation Force (IOF) couldn't corroborate the sensationalized accounts. A spokesperson
for the military, when approached by
The intercept
, stated, "While we cannot officially confirm these heinous
acts, given Hamas's track record, one can infer the possibility." Despite the absence of official confirmation,
Israel and its allies continue to propagate these falsehoods to rationalize their ongoing atrocities.
Hamas vehemently denied the allegations, and Israeli journalists on the ground likewise found no evidence to
support such claims. Zedeck, a reporter from i24 News, initially circulated the accusation but later admitted
that it was based solely on hearsay from soldiers.
Beyond propagating Israeli propaganda, the United States has been complicit in funding the ongoing humanitarian
crisis in Palestine. American support for Israel, both financially and diplomatically, has enabled its
oppressive policies not only in Palestine but throughout the Middle East. With a staggering $158 billion in
bilateral assistance and missile defense funding provided up to March 1, 2023, the U.S. claims its aid aims to
promote peace and security. However, critics argue that it only serves to perpetuate the suffering of the
Palestinian people.
Of particular concern is the United States' repeated use of its veto power in the United Nations Security
Council (UNSC) to shield Israel from accountability. Despite the Security Council's mandate to maintain
international peace, the U.S. has wielded its veto at least 53 times since 1972 to block resolutions critical of
Israel. This unwavering support underscores America's complicity in Israel's violations of international law and
human rights abuses against the Palestinian people.
We will tell you later why America is not of the Americans but of the Israelis. Do you want to know it now? Search AIPAC and how it controls America.
Even those who typically support the Israeli government appear to be taken aback by the brazenness with which Israeli soldiers are sharing these videos. Notable figures like British broadcaster Piers Morgan have questioned the soldiers' behavior, questioning why their commanders have not intervened. Morgan's concern revolves around the perception that such actions make Israel appear insensitive, especially when the lives of many children in Gaza are at stake. For him, the issue lies not only in what war crimes the soldiers are conducting but in their decision to record and share these actions. He asked on X, formerly Twitter: “Why do Israeli soldiers keep filming themselves doing this kind of crass, insensitive thing? Why don’t their commanders stop them? Makes them look callous when so many children in Gaza are being killed.”
